1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  • Clearance and final sale items are non-returnable

 


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

  • Opened pet toys
  • Used storage bins
  • Personalized or custom items

 


3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at support@rileymarketing.site with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

 

We will provide instructions on where to send your return package.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of our error.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the item
  • Description of the issue
  • Your order number

 

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.


7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After this time, they may already be processed or shipped.


8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the replacement.
